"Corridors" - Escondido Creek Conservancy

Join us at an event benefiting Escondido Creek Conservancy to learn more about mountain lions!

WHEN:
September 26, 2020

WHERE:
Sardina Preserve
25320 Lake Wohlford Rd, Escondido, CA 92027

"DUE TO THE RECENT PANDEMIC, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!

We are hoping to reschedule this benefit in late September 2020. Please stay tuned on for the new date and support local wildlife at The Escondido Creek Conservancy's benefit, "Corridors"."

________________________________________________

The event takes place on George Sardina, MD Preserve which was protected in 2019 as part of the Conservancy’s highly successful Save 1000 Acres campaign to help create permanent wildlife corridors for mule deer, mountain lions, and other local wildlife. This is a unique opportunity to see a property in the beginning stages of habitat restoration and talk to local wildlife experts about the importance of conservation.

The event will have hayride tours of the preserve, local beer and wine, music, delicious artisan pizza, and an intimate wildlife encounter.

The Mountain Lion Foundation's very own Robin Parks and Jane Santorumn will be tabling at this exciting event. Feel free to ask him questions about basic mountain lion biology, general safety tips, aggressive vs. non-aggressive behavior, "myths & misinformation" that surround these animals, and more!

Cost: Starts at $125 per person
Register here today!

All proceeds help continue the Conservancy’s conservation and education programs in North County San Diego.

We look forward to seeing you there!
